December 23, 2004 Snapshots From Everyday Life All right here we go 2005 bring it on baby!!! I am gearing up to head to Nashville to record my second CD in February 2005. It’s gonna be chilly for sure. Last time I was in Nashville was in February some years ago and man was it COLD!!! The studio will be toasty I am sure with all those rocking tunes flying in the airwaves. Clive Gregson and I will be whopping’ it up and making’ us a real fine record. This album will be more Americana country. I am so excited. We are also going to be laying tracks for a 2005 Christmas record. My pal Woody will be doing all the art work and photos for the CDs. He is brilliant out of Sausalito, California my old stomping grounds. Life here in sleepy little Mc Cloud is picking up steam well relative to small town country life. We have wonderful things happening at the Mercantile as last night saw us popping wine and beers and jamming celtic tunes and american roots music till the wee wee hours. Historic Mc Cloud to house the new Nestles water bottling plant. The largest in America in sleepy little Mc Cloud. I have my opinions of that which will soon be expressed in print. The big Corps taking the stir off the “little people”. The fight is on!!! I never liked a bully, ever. Even in the playground I think I must have fought every bully there was... Nestles is a piece of cake compared to some of those football players from Marin Country.. god those guys were huge! I don’t know that I ever won but I got my point across that’s for sure. I will be posting more in the coming months esp. when I get to Nashville to tell ya’ll about Nashvegas! Have some local (if you live up here in WAY Northern California).
